Born and raised on Maui, Chef Guzman attended the culinary program at both the Kapiolani Community College on Oahu, as well as at The Greenbrier. Throughout his career, he’s worked with iconic chefs including Sam Choy, Emeril Lagasse and Alan Wong. Guzman is also Executive Chef of two wildly popular Poke Stop restaurant locations on Oahu.
