Taittinger Brut La Française

A brilliantly crafted Champagne with aromas of white peach, braeburn apples, brioche and acacia blossom. The appearance is of a subtle pale gold, with fine persistent bubbles that carry its clean, dry invigorating flavors. Its balance resides in a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes allowing it to be ideal as an aperitif, with caviar or an eclectic range of cuisines.

AIX Rosé

The radiant hue of this versatile Rosé entrances like a glowing sunset. A blend of traditional Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carginan grapes relay a strata of flavors from strawberry, watermelon and Provencal flora in this dry, savory Rosé. Great as an aperitif, yet ideal for fares from seafood to charcuterie and roast meats … the ideal Summer sipper.

Louis Jadot, Macon Village, Chardonnay

A fresh, clean, floral style of Chardonnay from the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, France. Traditionally produced in a unoaked style to reveal aromas of apple blossom, citrus zest, and flavors of orchard fruits. The dry, refreshing finish is ideally suited to complement lighter cheeses, a variety of seafood, poultry and rillettes or Pâté.

Louis Jadot Bourgogne Rouge, Pinot Noir

This traditionally crafted Pinot Noir from the Burgundy region of France has wonderful flavors of plum, raspberry and red cherry. Unlike “New World” Pinot Noir, you’ll find a layer of complexity in the bouquet with potpourri, dried herbs, and floral overtones that finish clean, and dry. Ideal for Pâté, Charcuterie and grilled flavors for a savory accompaniment to any meal.
