To create the perfect summer picnic basket, bringing light yet satisfying foods is the best way to get your nutrients in the summer heat. Our five-course picnic includes our organic French baguette with lavosh butter and sea salt. Baguettes are great for picnics because they are easy to tear, making it great for sharing with friends. Along with our chicken pesto dip, ulu hummus and whipped ricotta & concord grape jam that you can flavor the baguette with. Our ahi conserva with arcadian mixed greens, local tomato, and shaved cucumbers rounds out the appetizer spreads.
Sandwiches are great for picnics since they stay together well and are delicious warm or cold. For the main course, we have a Kalua Pig Banh Mi sandwich that includes pickled carrots and daikon, shaved jalapeno, cilantro, and cucumber.
Last but not least, we finish with our Blanc Cheesecake with sweet potato and a mac nut crust.
Guests can also order a charcuterie platter, a dessert platter and add on Tsai Nicolai Caviar to their meals.
